I'm a skilled and highly experienced magazine editor.  I spent eight years as editor-in-chief of Australia's leading motoring history title. I now undertake special projects for Nextmedia, including a rock magazine.

I'm a sport and recreation publisher with a special interest in motorsport. I'm fresh from a three-year stint at a Sydney book publisher where I commissioned and produced Formula One Down Under: Australian Grand Prix History, Australia’s Greatest Racecars and many other motoring titles. This followed authoring Immortals of Australian Motor Racing: the Local Heroes and Supercars: the Holden vs Ford era. I was editor of Australian Muscle Car magazine and earlier wrote for motorsport titles Auto Action and V8X. This dovetailed with commentating at local racetracks. I also have experience working in corporate communications and had a five-year stint at Toyota Australia's publicity agency The Project Group. My racing hero is Ayrton Senna, who won the first Formula 1 event I attended, the 1991 Australian Grand Prix in Adelaide. I first went to the Bathurst 1000 in 1984.
